You’re Not Calling a Franchise. You’re Calling a Local Team.

NWA-Rooted, Family-Owned From Day One

Scott Mager has called Northwest Arkansas home for over 25 years. He started Best Option Restoration because he saw how impersonal the big national franchises were: dispatching crews who didn’t know the area, routing calls through distant call centers, and leaving homeowners to navigate insurance alone.

When you call Best Option Restoration, Scott or one of his dedicated team members picks up. They know NWA. They know your insurance company. And they’ll be on-site fast. Not because they have to be, but because that’s how they’d want it done if it were their own home.

Every technician on our team is IICRC-certified, fully insured, and trained to OSHA standards. We use thermal imaging to find moisture your eye can’t see: the hidden damage that turns a $5,000 repair into a $50,000 problem if it’s missed. We direct-bill your insurance and handle the documentation so you don’t have to.

We’re not here to be the biggest restoration company in Arkansas. We’re here to be the one you trust when the worst happens, and the one you recommend to your neighbor when it happens to them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had multiple rooms flood after our laundry room sink overflowed. Elijah arrived quickly and immediately took charge. He later walked the damage with our insurance adjuster and handled every question with confidence. Our adjuster came in skeptical of Best Option Restoration, but Elijah’s knowledge, experience, and calm explanations shut that down fast. He even answered questions before the adjuster could ask, which was both impressive and honestly pretty funny.

Matt and Rey followed through with excellent work. They removed damaged trim and flooring, drilled the holes needed for proper wall drying, and moved our furniture to the garage so the flooring removal could begin. They worked efficiently and treated our home with care.

Elijah, Matt, and Rey are skilled, professional remediation experts. I strongly recommend Best Option Restoration.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This crew was so knowledgable about the project and didn’t try to charge me for things I didn’t need. They were so friendly and even helped me move a shelf. They put all of my furniture back in its place which was super helpful. 5 stars! Matt and Rey are the best!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team did excellent work to reduce the amount of damage from a clogged AC line leaking water on ceilings, walls, and hardwood floods on both levels. Eric came out and had team on site next day. Garret , Dusty , Dustin and Canon did amazing work saving the first floor hardwood. The team also provided great details and met with the insurance adjustor to show we acted quickly with Paul Davis to greatly reduce the amount of damage and cost of repairs!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best Option Restoration dried out our house after the 2024 tornadoes. It was a very busy time due to the widespread damage, but they remained prompt, professional, and thorough.

Scott and his team at Best Option Restoration (BOR) are absolutely outstanding! Scott went above and beyond to make sure my client was happy, even stepping in to fix issues that were caused by other contractors—something he didn’t have to do. His honesty, dependability, and transparency set him apart, and it’s clear he takes true pride in his work. Every single person I’ve spoken with or worked alongside at BOR has been nothing but professional and courteous. You may be able to find cheaper options and you may be able to find more expensive ones, but if you want the best option, it’s Best Option Restoration. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After searching for a remediation company and seeing quotes from three, Best Option Restoration was the most responsive, certainly most reasonbly priced, and provided a more thorough report of the process to be performed and completed work. In addition, Elijah and Scott provide exceptional customer service...I cant reccommend them enough.
